A 30% deposit is needed for booking the rental and the outstanding balance to be 6 weeks before the term begins. Security fee is to be paid £150 which is refunded if no breakages happen. Cancelled bookings, 8 weeks in advance no cancellation charge, between 4 – 8 weeks only 50% of the rate returned, between 2 to 4 weeks 25% returned, nothing refunded within 2 weeks of arrival.
